Bepon Orphanage

The Bepon Orphanage is located in the western side of town. This is the only known orphanage in Cyrodiil, and was built during the reconstruction of Kavatch, the government deciding that children without parents or family to go to deserved a place to stay where they could hope for a new family - or stay until they're eighteen, whatever works for them. The Orphanage is surrounded by a picket fence, and the building itself is two stories, complete with a dining hall, the headmaster's room and the infant care room on the bottom floor, and boys and girls rooms on the second floor. Out in the yard is a makeshift playground for the kids
